On April 22, 2020 our governor extended the public health emergency order for the state of New Mexico until May 15, 2020. As in her original public health order, we are instructed to stay at home except for emergency or essential outings.
Before hearing this most recent clarification, I had planned on opening my clinic to those of you who needed help in managing your musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and myofascial pain on Monday, May 4, 2020. That is now pushed back to May 15, 2020. However, I will be opening with the same guidelines as outlined below:
•I will take my first scheduled client at 8 am and my last scheduled client at 4 pm Monday thru Thursday.
•If you schedule and feel ill, please cancel in order to protect me and my clients from infection. To cancel an appointment, you can call 761-0016 and leave a voice message or e-mail me at kernterry7@gmail.com. You will not be charged for cancelling even if you are cancelling on the same day of your appointment.
•Please continue to be diligent about washing your hands, but especially before entering the clinic. You can wash your hands in the restrooms outside of my clinic down the hall. The bathroom code for women is 6712 and the bathroom code for men is 6711.
•Please wear at least a cloth mask. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that all people wear cloth masks in public spaces where it is difficult to maintain the 6 foot distance from others:
•Make sure the mask fits firmly over your nose, mouth, and chin. Don’t touch the mask until removing it. Wear one even if you are not sick or immunosuppressed.
